a tired and lost man wanders through the desert in search of civilization
a place to rest
a place to rest appears in the distance
is it real, or just a mirage?
he feels a strange pull
continuing to stumble towards possible salvation
the man arrives at the top of a hill oh, how thirsty he is!
beyond a valley of rocks
lies respite within his grasp
taking a step to proceed he trips tumbling down the hill
before the man has a chance to sit up and collect himself the creature pounces
ferociously ripping him apart
devouring his flesh
crunching his bones
though a hollow deceptive echo
the Ghūl takes on the form of the man waiting
